The hotel is located next door to London's Heathrow Airport and transfers from the airport to the hotel are available in the form of the Hoppa Bus, a service that runs a direct bus from Terminals 1,2,3 and 5 to the hotel reception, or alternatively local buses that run free of charge from the terminals to the hotel (for more information see below). Or for those who prefer it follow the signs within the airport to the taxi rank and get a taxi to the hotel, it's not too far away.
Anyone travelling to this event by bus, coach, train or subway should make their journey to Heathrow Airport and then use one of the aforementioned services to get to the hotel. All major coach and rail services travel to Heathrow Airport.
Check the National Express Website for buses leaving from your home town. But buses travel into Heathrow from all over the country.
For train journey information or to book tickets you can go online to the National Rail Enquiry site at http://nationalrail.co.uk/ or call National Rail Enquiry service on 08457 48 49 50.
If you are flying into another airport within the UK there are buses and trains that run from these airports into Heathrow airport when you can then get a bus to the hotel.
This bus takes you directly into the hotel car park and drops you off right outside reception. This is where you will get back onto the bus to return to the airport.
The Hoppa Bus costs £4 for a single fare, £0.50 for a child aged 3-15, and children under 3 are free. You can pay for your tickets on the bus itself (the driver will give you change), but tickets can also be purchased from machines at the airport which will also take debit & credit cards.
