Bill Dow is a recurring guest star to the Stargate series having appeared as "Dr. Bill Lee" on all three series with 20 episodes on "SG1", 7 on "Atlantis" and 2 on "Universe". His role as Dr Lee involved being one of the scientists for the Stargate command and Homeworld command.
