… is Jed Brophy! Jed is our first guest from the Hobbit he plays the part of Nori in the Hobbit and is one of the 13 dwarves who sets out with Bilbo and Gandalf on their adventure.Brophy also appeared in the Lord of the Rings movies taking on the role of various Orcs in ‘The Return of the Kind’ and “Sharku / Snaga” in ‘The Two Towers’. Snaga is the term used for slaves or ‘lesser orcs’; he is part of Grishnákh’s company and wishes to eat the hobbits Merry and Pippin.

Brophy has also appeared in the fantasy TV series “Hercules: The Legendary Journeys”, “Xena: Warrior Princess” and “Legend of the Seeker”. His film credits include “Fracture” (2004), “King Kong” (2005), “Distrcit 9″ (2009), and “The Warriors Way” (2010). His other credits include stunts for the 2009 movie “The Lovely Bones” and being a riding double in “The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers”.
