What is the professional photo studio?
As part of the event we will have photo sessions scheduled to give you the opportunity to get your photo taken with the guests by a professional photographer. Your photo will then be developed as a 9x6 photograph and distributed over the weekend for your collection.


Can I take my own photo with the guest?
No. Our professional photographers will take all of the photos of you with the guests.


When do I go for my photo shoots?
You are called for each guest separately in your groups. When your group is actually called the crew will call out your group number. Also the big sheets outside the main hall and outside the photo shoots will be updated to let you know your group has been called.


What if I miss my turn?
Don’t worry, you can never miss your turn. Once your group has been called for a guest you can join that guest’s queue any time after that, even wait until Sunday if necessary. But please don't miss the end of the session on Sunday!


What if I am called to two places at once?
We've done our best to sort out the schedule so you don't get called to be in two places at once, but ultimately it is impossible to get it 100% right due to different guests going at different speeds. So if you do find yourself being called for both an autograph and a photo shoot at the same time, go to the photo shoot first. If you find yourself being called for 2 photo shoots at the same time, please let the crew in the photo shoots know. They can then make sure the photographer and guest in your second shoot know you are still to come through.


Can my friend(s) and I be in a photo shoot together?
If you want two or more of you in a single shot you must let the photo session crew know in advance. You will likely be asked to wait until the end of the shoot. Please be aware that it is ONE PERSON ONE TICKET. So if you want two of you in a shot you will need TWO tickets. You will receive two photos though.


Can I get a silly pose with the guest?
You may ask for a particular pose but please plan ahead! Don't jump in for your photo shoot and ask for "something different". If you want a pose please know what you want it to be before joining the queue so that we don't waste time. Due to time constraints the photographer may tell you that poses cannot be done during the shoot - please respect this and do not push for it.


When will I get my photo back?
Generally, photo shoots take place in the morning so we try to have the first batches of photos available for collection after lunch. Please note, however, that photo distribution depends on a number of factors, for example: available crew to distribute the photos and traffic to and from the printing lab. As a result times will vary depending on the venue, size of the event, and time of year.


Can I take things into the photo shoot room with me?
No. We will have crew in the photo shoot room that will take your belongings before you jump in for your shoot and return them to you on your way out. If there is an item you wish to have photographed with you (for example a prop) then keep hold of it and let the photographer know you want it in the shot. Please be aware, there is to be no food or drink brought into the photo shoot room, and all mobile phones must be turned off before entering.
